A Friendly Welcome

Walking into Ruben's Cocina Mexicana, you're immediately welcomed by a friendly member of the team. The colorful decor, adorned with traditional Mexican art, sparks a feeling of excitement anticipating a well deserved Mexican food experience.

The restaurant is located in a strip mall and parking is a bit awkward but after you get into the restaurant it feels good. The booth wooden panels are hand carved and the tables and booth cushions are clean and not worn.

A Complete Menu

The menu contains a range of favorite Mexican dishes. Enchiladas, tacos, burritos, fajitas, and a nice selection of salads and side dishes. I settled on the Topopo Salad which contained a crisp corn tortilla topped with beans, lettuce, shredded chicken, tomatoes and avocado and Diane had the Smothered Chile Verde Burrito which had a good portion of shredded pork covered with verde sauce and white cheese.

Good Sides and Great Chips!

Ruben's Cocina Mexicana provides well balanced sides like beans and rice. They also provide wonderful chips with their homemade salsas as a complimentary appetizer. We brought a bag of the chips home with us.

To Sum it up...

Our lunch at Ruben's Cocina Mexicana in Brigham City, UT was memorable. There were many other items on the menu we would have liked to sample. I believe we will be back.
